These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services offered by Apex Power & Inspections LLC, doing business as Apex Electrical Consulting. By using this website, submitting a request, scheduling a service, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Name

2. Services Provided

Apex Electrical Consulting provides electrical evaluations of properties for home buyers, real estate investors, and related customers. Services may include visual electrical evaluations, written observations, repair recommendations, general cost opinions, photos, summaries, and client communication.

Service offerings may include, but are not limited to:

- Buyer Shield

- Investor Package

- Other consulting or evaluation services agreed to in writing

3. Not a Home Inspection

Our services are electrical consulting and electrical evaluation services. Unless specifically stated in writing, our services are not a full home inspection, engineering inspection, municipal code inspection, insurance inspection, permit inspection, or guarantee that a property complies with all current codes or standards.

4. Visual and Limited Evaluation

Our evaluations are generally visual, limited, and based on accessible areas at the time of service. We do not guarantee that every defect, hidden condition, code issue, unsafe condition, or future failure will be discovered.

We do not move furniture, open walls, remove permanent finishes, excavate, perform destructive testing, or inspect inaccessible areas unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Property Condition

Our reports and recommendations are professional opinions based on the visible and available information at the time of the evaluation. Electrical systems can change, deteriorate, be altered, or fail after the evaluation.

We do not guarantee future performance of any electrical system, component, device, panel, wiring method, or installation.

6. Estimates and Cost Opinions

Any repair costs, budget ranges, or estimates provided are opinions only. Actual costs may vary based on labor, materials, access, permitting, contractor pricing, hidden conditions, urgency, code requirements, and other factors.

A written proposal or contract from a licensed contractor should be obtained before relying on any repair cost for purchase, negotiation, construction, or budgeting decisions.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

- Providing accurate property and contact information

- Obtaining permission for access to the property

- Confirming appointment details

- Ensuring utilities are on if needed

- Reviewing the final report

- Seeking further evaluation or repairs when recommended

- Making final purchase, investment, repair, or negotiation decisions

8. Payment

Payment may be required before scheduling or before delivery of the final report. Prices are subject to change unless confirmed in writing.

If payment is processed through a third-party provider such as Square, the payment transaction may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled if access is unavailable, weather or safety conditions interfere, payment is not completed, or other circumstances prevent the service from being performed.

Cancellation, missed appointment, or rescheduling fees may apply if stated at the time of booking or in a written agreement.

10. Reports

Reports are prepared for the client who ordered the service. Reports should not be relied upon by third parties without written permission from Apex Electrical Consulting.

The report reflects conditions observed at the time of service only.

11. No Repairs Included Unless Separately Agreed

Electrical evaluation services do not include repair work unless a separate written agreement is made. Any repair work, if offered, will be subject to separate pricing, scheduling, and terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the liability of Apex Power & Inspections LLC, Apex Electrical Consulting, its owners, employees, contractors, or representatives is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Apex Electrical Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, failed negotiations, property value changes, or investment losses.

13. No Legal, Real Estate, Engineering, or Financial Advice

Our services do not constitute legal advice, real estate advice, engineering advice, financial advice, investment advice, or insurance advice. Customers should consult the appropriate licensed professionals before making legal, financial, purchase, investment, repair, or insurance decisions.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy content for improper use, or interfere with the operation of the website.

15. Intellectual Property

Website content, reports, forms, branding, service descriptions, and other materials created by Apex Power & Inspections LLC / Apex Electrical Consulting are the property of the business unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reused, sold, or modified without written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party services for forms, payments, scheduling, analytics, email, or hosting. Apex Electrical Consulting is not responsible for the operation, security, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party services.
